but not less than 8%.
Properties will be affordable for the area, well maintained, well managed, and in desirable locations. Target locations are the greater Charleston, SC area and the Caribbean.
Businesses will have proven operational systems in place. Products and services will match the competencies of our managers and investors.

||Create sustainable cash flow by acquiring single family residential units as rental properties.
Progress - Acquired three single family units and one four-plex. All units are under lease.
|2015 - 2016
||Increase cash flow by converting equity from single family rentals into multi-family rentals.
Progress - Upgraded building and apartments of 4-plex to increase rent by 64% and ROI to 10%.
|2016 - 2017
||Increase equity and cash flow by investing excess cash into small business projects.
Progress - Began operations at Lowcounty Works, LLC. First ventures include Information Technology Fiduciary support and eCommerce (www.WestIndiesTreasure.com).
Completed property sales for overall ROI of 144%.
|2018 - Beyond
||Increase equity and cash flow by investing in larger multi-family and commercial properties.
Raise cash by investing in short term RE ventures.
